Rayonier is home to 2.7 million acres of forestry that provides clean air and water, wildlife habitat and capture and store carbon. Rayonier’s working forests are certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) and are in compliance with Best Management Practices (BMPs). Their staff are trained to recognize and protect the habitats of vulnerable wildlife species and continue to implement climate smart forestry practices as the science around this type of forestry evolves.
